- Current MOT test fee: £54.85 (maximum DVSA price)
- Test results are recorded on the DVSA database
3.2 Vehicle Servicing
- We provide interim and full service packages
- All work is carried out by ATA certified technicians
- Service prices are fixed and transparent
- All work is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles
3.3 Repairs
- We provide comprehensive vehicle repair services
- All repairs are quoted before work commences
- We use quality parts and materials
- Repair work is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles
4. Booking and Appointments
4.1 Booking Process
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person
- All bookings are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary
- 24 hours notice is required for cancellations
4.2 MOT Booking Slots
- Timed MOT booking slots are available
- If MOT is booked with service or repair, vehicle required for full day
- We will contact you when work is complete
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods
- Cash, card, and bank transfer accepted
- Payment is due upon completion of work
- We do not offer credit facilities
5.2 Pricing
- All prices are clearly displayed and fixed
- Additional work will be quoted before commencement
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to adjust prices with notice
6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Work Guarantee
- All work is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles
- Guarantee covers workmanship and parts (where applicable)
- Guarantee does not cover wear and tear or misuse
- Guarantee is void if vehicle is modified after service
6.2 Parts Warranty
- New parts carry manufacturer's warranty
- Used parts are sold as seen with limited warranty
- Warranty terms vary by manufacturer
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle information
- Ensure vehicle is accessible for service
- Remove personal belongings before service
- Inform us of any known vehicle issues
- Pay for services as agreed
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect losses
- Loss of use of vehicle
- Pre-existing conditions not identified during inspection
- Damage caused by customer negligence

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.
10. Complaints Procedure
